Wir verbinden präzises, tremolo-getriebenes Riffing mit dichter Atmosphäre und deutschsprachigem, historisch fundiertem Konzept-Songwriting.Nocturnis are a five-piece black metal band from the Black Forest in southern Germany. We combine precise, tremolo-driven riffing with dense atmosphere and German-language, historically grounded concept songwriting.

Gegründet 2019, folgten die EP „Aporia“ (2020) und das gefeierte Debüt „Unsegen“ (2022), das in der Metal-Presse durchweg starke Kritiken erhielt.Formed in 2019, we released the EP “Aporia” (2020) and the acclaimed debut “Unsegen” (2022), which met with consistently strong reviews across the metal press.

Das Jahr 2024 brachte Umbrüche in der Besetzung mit sich; seit 2025 steht Nocturnis in seiner heutigen, festen Formation.2024 was a year of upheaval in the line-up; since 2025, Nocturnis have settled into their current formation.
